01 Getting started

Paddock360 runs quietly on your PC and streams laps from your sim games into your unified driver profile. Getting going takes three steps:

  1. 1Install the Paddock360 Rig Client from Steam and launch it.
  2. 2Sign in on your rig — your profile syncs across every device you use.
  3. 3Open a supported game. Paddock360 detects it and starts capturing automatically (some titles need a one-time setup — see below).

The client keeps running in the background while you drive — you don't need to keep the window open.

02 Connecting your games

Open the Games tab to see which titles Paddock360 has detected. Each game is either ready to go or needs a quick one-time setup.

Upcoming games

Support for more titles is on the way, including additional sims and consoles. The Games tab updates automatically as new integrations ship.

COMING SOON

You must own, or be licensed to use, any game you connect. Paddock360 is independent and not affiliated with the game publishers.

03 Profile & account

Open Settings to configure capture, sync and storage behaviour for this rig.

Profile

SettingWhat it does
Display nameThe name shown on your public profile.
UsernameYour unique handle — 3–30 characters, using a–z, 0–9 and underscore.
BioA short line others see on your profile. Optional.

Account

SettingWhat it does
Signed inShows you're authenticated on this rig. Use Log out to sign out here.
Delete accountPermanently deletes your account and all telemetry you own. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account removes your data across your profile. If you only want to free up disk space, use Clear synced data (Storage) instead.

04 Privacy

SettingWhat it does
Usage analyticsShares anonymous usage data to help improve Paddock360. You can turn this off at any time, and it never includes your telemetry content.

For full detail on what we collect, how it's stored and your rights, see the Privacy policy.

05 Capture & sync

Capture

SettingWhat it does
Capture rateFrames per second to record, from 1 to 60 Hz. Higher rates capture more detail but use more storage. Default: 20 Hz.
Cooldown durationSeconds to wait before ending a session after you exit the game. Default: 30.

Sync

SettingWhat it does
Sync intervalSeconds between background sync runs that upload captured laps to your profile. Default: 5.

06 Storage

The Storage panel shows how much local space Paddock360 is using (for example 120.3 MB / 4.88 GB) and how many sessions are saved on this rig.

SettingWhat it does
Telemetry retentionDays to keep synced telemetry locally before pruning it. Default: 30.
Max database sizeUpper bound on local storage, in megabytes. Default: 5000.
Clear synced dataDeletes telemetry frames already uploaded to the server. Your uploaded profile data is unaffected — this only frees local disk space.

07 Connected devices

This panel lists the wheels, pedals and controllers Paddock360 detects on your rig. Use Refresh after plugging in new hardware to update the list. Device detection is for capture context only; Paddock360 does not change your hardware settings.

08 Advanced & legal

SettingWhat it does
API — Base URLThe Paddock360 backend endpoint the client talks to. Most users should never change this — leave it at the default unless Paddock360 support asks you to.
Legal — Privacy policyOpens the Privacy policy: what telemetry we collect, how it's stored, and your rights.

09 Troubleshooting

My game isn't being detected +

Make sure the game is supported and, for setup-required titles, that UDP telemetry is on with the correct port and IP. Restart the game after changing telemetry settings.

Laps aren't appearing on my profile +

Check that you're signed in, that the client is running, and that the Sync interval isn't paused. Sessions upload in the background — give it one sync cycle to appear.

I'm running low on disk space +

Lower the Telemetry retention or Max database size, or use Clear synced data to remove frames already uploaded to the server.
